How do I start my free trial?Download H-LLM from the App Store and launch the app. The 3-day free trial with 5 queries per day starts automatically. No credit card is required for the trial.Which AI models are available?H-LLM currently provides access to:

  • Anthropic Claude (latest version)
  • OpenAI ChatGPT (GPT-4 and GPT-3.5)
  • Google Gemini
  • Additional models are added regularly

How do subscriptions work?All subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed monthly through your Apple ID:

  • Trial: Free for 3 days, 5 queries/day
  • Consumer: $9.99/month, 25 queries/day
  • Professional: $29.99/month, unlimited queries
  • Enterprise: $99.99/month, unlimited queries + API access


You can cancel anytime from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select H-LLM Multi-Model AI
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription


Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


Can I switch between subscription plans?Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the app's Settings screen. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.


How do I access the Enterprise API?Enterprise subscribers can access API keys from the app's Settings → API Access section. Full API documentation is available at hallucinations.cloud/api-docs.


Is my data private and secure?Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your conversations with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details


Where is my conversation history stored?All conversations are stored securely on our servers and synced to your device. You can view and manage your chat history from the app's History section.


The app won't connect / I'm getting errors

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
  2. Force quit the app and relaunch it
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
  4. Restart your iPhone
  5. If the issue persists, contact us at support@hallucinations.cloud


I was charged but my subscription isn't active. Please allow up to 24 hours for subscription activation after purchase. If it's been longer, contact us at brian@hallucinations.cloud with your Apple receipt, and we'll resolve the issue immediately.
